Question concerning the price of the reservation

When creating a private reservation, a deposit of 50€ is blocked on the user's bank card, like a bank imprint. This amount will be released at the end of the reservation if the mileage does not exceed the estimated total amount, otherwise the difference will be released by the bank at the end of the reservation.

      If you are awaiting a refund for a booking, please note that the amount will be visible on your payment card within 5 working days of the refund being made.

    • Conditions for cancelling a booking

      If a user wishes to cancel his booking, he will be able to do it for free, up to 2 hours before the start time of his booking. If the booking has been cancelled less than 2 hours before the start time, the price of the vehicle rental will be charged.
