My digital key is not working anymore

It may be that during your booking the digital key is not working anymore, in which case the only solution is to repair the key via your Moovee App.

Repair the key when the application need it

  1. You can do it directly on this first key repair page, which appears automatically if your App recognizes a problem with the key. 
  2. After clicking on "Repair key", the Moovee App will confirm when the key repair is complete.
  3. Then "open /close ​"  buttons appear.







Repair the key manually (During a booking)

You can repair the key manually, simply by opening the menu list by clicking on "More options" and choosing the "Repair key" menu.
