The bike/scooter is not released from the station using the Moovee App

If you are unable to release the bike/scooter from its station at the start of your booking, please check the following points:
  1. Confirm that you have a stable internet connection.
  2. Check that your booking dates and departure times are correct.

    If you still can't make it, try the following procedure:
  3. Cancel your current booking;
  4. Recreate a new reservation on another bike/scooter belonging to the same station.
