I can't get into my vehicle. How can I access ?

Our vehicle are equiped with a key system that allows you to open the car with your smartphone via the Moovee App.
You booked a vehicle and you have issues to get into it.

Please verify these settings:
  1. Bluetooth  is activated on your smartphone;
  2. Internet connection is activated;
  3. Geolocation is activated in the settings of your smartphone for the Moovee App;
  4. You are in front of the right vehicle;
  5. Your Moovee App is up to date ;

If you are unable to access the vehicle with a valid key and do not wish to use the alternative method, you can perform the following two actions, if it is a session error it will be corrected:

  1. Close your Moovee App completely and reopen it;
OR
  1. 1. On Moovee App select  at the top of the page;
  2. 2. Select "Profile" then Logout at the bottom of the page;
  3. 3. Login to your Moovee account;
