Damage noticed at the start of your booking

If you notice any damage at the start of your booking, you must declare it at the check-in stage of your booking. 

If you have passed this stage and have noticed damage immediately afterwards, you can take photos and add them in your booking



Go in the "Drive" section in your booking. Select "More options" 
This list menu will appear. Select "Report damage" 
                               



You can know report the damage by selecting "Add damage". Please look previously if the damage has not been already reported 

If you cannot do this procedure, take photos and send them to us at support@moovee.lu explaining the case. Our team will look after your case as soon as possible.
